Need Construction Management or An Owner’s Representative?

Building a Home? Who’s Representing YOU?

Most builders manage the project.

But no one is there strictly representing the homeowner.

When you're not on-site every day, decisions get made without you…

and small things can turn into expensive problems.

What We Do

I act as your representative throughout the entire build.

making sure everything is done correctly, to code, and in your best interest.

I’m not here to replace your builder.

I’m here to make sure what gets built is exactly what you expect.

My Role on Your Project

- On-site oversight during critical phases

- Quality control — catching issues before they become expensive

- Clear communication between you and the builder

- Guidance on decisions so you don’t get overwhelmed

- Making sure everything is built to code and done right the first time

Who This Is For

This service is ideal if you are:

- Building from out of town

- Planning a custom or high-end home

- Wanting peace of mind throughout the process

- Looking to avoid costly mistakes and rework

- Wanting someone experienced on your side

The Reality

On a project in the $800K–$1.5M+ range…

It’s very easy for $50K–$100K+ to be lost in:

- rework

- sequencing issues

- incorrect installs

- preventable mistakes

Investment

Every project is different, but typically my involvement falls in the 10%–20% range of the total build cost depending on scope and complexity.

Most clients don’t realize how valuable this is until they’ve experienced a build without it.

By then… it’s expensive to fix.

The Result:

Less stress.

Fewer mistakes.

A better-built home.

“How we do anything is how we do everything.”

No Idea who said it but I like it. Also, we put the Trex decking in the background down.

What You’re Really Paying For

This isn’t just about managing a project.

It’s about removing the day-to-day pressure that comes with building a home.

Without the right structure, you’ll be pulled into:

- constant decisions

- unexpected issues

- coordinating between multiple people

- wondering if things are being done correctly

My role is to handle that for you. So instead of managing the build… you experience the progress. You stay informed. You stay in control. But you don’t carry the weight of every problem that comes up along the way.

Hmm, suppose I’ll talk about me. I am a second generation Carpenter living off grid with my wife and animals

Oh, I have to say more, okay, I love what I do, I enjoy everyday of my life, we are literally living out our dreams everyday and building upon them all the time. I am a military brat and I was in the military so i’ve lived everywhere. Like most carpenters I was baptized in the Jordan river in Israel. I wont sleep if I do a bad job so I have to do right by people or it makes me uncomfortable. I enjoy Yoga, Chess, and stopping the microwave before the beeeeep… Just kidding we don’t have a Microwave. But gazing into a black hole of infinite nothingness is something i’m very fond of. You’ll notice my eccentricities but be impressed by my work ethic.

And thats it. Told you I shouldn’t write my bio, I’m just going to laugh the whole time while I attempt to talk about myself!

I strive to make construction which is usually stressful more enjoyable for the client by taking on the stress myself so that their lives can go on and be taken care of professionally. Like I always say, this is psychology, construction is just a window into the soul of who’s building. I aim to build temples for my clients.
