For this tier I will simply listen to your needs and connect you with a GC (General Contractor) that is best suited for you. If you want to price shop different GC’s then I will do all of that leg work as well.

This is where I offer the basic package and will act as your client representative through out the building process. I will appear a total of 3-5 times depending on scope for your job site in order to insure everything is being built correctly and will come with a code inspector to catch any little details that may turn into expensive problems later.

This tier includes the basic and intermediate services. I will act as the construction manager on the job site to insure that the job is flowing smoothly. I will be on the job site weekly giving you updates to make sure that you can see the progress that is being made all while insuring that things are getting built so as not to cost you anymore money on your investment.

This typically involves all of the above tiers plus me getting my hands dirty. I’ve been a carpenter my whole life so not only can I run the jobs, but I can also do the jobs. 26 years of being on construction job sites has prepared me for problem solving through movement all the while taking stress off of my client. Together, we strategize on how to bring your vision to life so that we can give you exactly what you are looking for. I also throw in some expertise that most people never think of when building a home that will make it much more comfortable in the years to come.
Collaborate Openly
You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises. With the exception of stress, depending on the tier you hire me at. I am typically a filter between you and stress and can problem solve through it easily because I’ve done it for so long.

Every project is different. I stay flexible and responsive to make sure the process fits your flow—not the other way around. I do a very good job with communication, you will always be able to call or text me and I will either answer or get back to you in a timely manner.

The Howard Project
This is probably one of my favorite remodels/ builds just because I was able to be creative with the job and the clients didn’t mind that I was. They live over an hour away in Franklin TN so they needed someone they could trust to get their cabin done in a timely manner. Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong on this job, but did they hear about it? absolutely not, I dealt with it as I was paid to do and they ended up loving it so much that he just texted me to come and do another one for him!
