thinking ahead when building

When you build your forever home, put two shower heads in the master bathroom.

I see a lot of new home builds where people are building their forever home and they don’t do this because they’ve never experienced it and most people in construction don’t know to recommend it.

You will thank me if you do this in your home. For one, you don’t have to wait for your significant other to get out of the shower, you have your own shower head (that they are likely using because why wouldn’t they?!)

Now if you are building an investment home then you don’t have to do this but it will be a better selling point if you do.

It really is the little things that nobody thinks about when building a home for people. I try and talk every client into doing this. The ones that do it, always thank me. It’s like taking a shower under a warm waterfall.

Over the years I’ve developed little things like this that simply improve client experience in their own home. It’s all psychology. You want people to be as peaceful as possible after you are done working. If your client is sleeping better at night, then you’ll be sleeping better at night. Words to live by.
